Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

  • You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • U.S. Domestic: 5–10 business days

    • International: 10–21 business days

 

Note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

 

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to most international destinations.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs processing.
